What if I’m not sure about sizing?
Tell us your room dimensions and furniture layout — we’ll suggest the best rug size and placement.
Can I request no fringes?
Absolutely. You can choose fringes on 2 sides, 4 sides, or no fringes.
How long does it take?
Around 4 weeks to create, plus 5–7 days shipping after completion (US & Canada).
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking once it ships.
Who pays customs and duties?
We cover customs duties and import taxes for US and Canada deliveries.
